1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR

LAYER INGREDIENTS EQUALLY IN JAR

IN 8 OZ BOILING WATER PUT 1/2 CUP MIX

CAPPACHINO BLANCHE

1 CUP INSTANT COFFEE CREAMER

1 CUP COCOA MIX

2/3 CUP INSTANT COFFEE CRYSTALS

1/2 TSP CINNAMON

1/4 TSP NUTMEG

1/2 CUP SUGAR

TO USE: 3 TBP MIX TO 6 OZ HOT WATER

STIR TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS

COMBINE WITH CREAM MIXTURE AND MIX WELL

STIR IN OATS, COCONUT, AND CANDIES AND MIX WELL

ROLL INTO 1 INCH BALLS AND PLACE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET OR PARCHMENT PAPER

BAKE 350 FOR 12 MINUTES

 

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE WITH MINI MARSHMALLOWS

2 CUPS SUGAR

2/3 CUP MILNOT

COMBINE AND COOK TO SOFT BALL (234 DEGREES)

ADD: 1 TSP VANILLA

1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

7 OZ CONTAINER MARSHMALLOW CREAM

BEAT TILL SMOOTH

POUR INTO BUTTERED PAN AND ALLOW TO SET

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE WITH MINI MARSHMALLOWS

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 ts salt

1/2 cup milk

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 ts vanilla

In a saucepan, combine sugars, salt and milk. Cook until temperature reaches 240F. on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat with a wooden spoon several minutes until thick and creamy and gloss disappears. Spread in a buttered 8" square pan. Cut into squares. Makes about 48 pieces.

PEAUNT BUTTER FUDGE

4 CUPS SUGAR

1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK

COMBINE AND BRING TO SOFT BALL STAGE

REMOVE FROM BURNER

ADD:

2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER

7 OZ MARSHMALLOW CREAM

STIR TILL MELTED

POUR INTO BUTTERED 9X13 PAN
