COMBINE IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL
COMBINE:
1 STICK BUTTER AND 1/2 CUP SALAD OR 2 STICKS BUTTER
4 TBP COCOA
1 CUP WATER
MIX WELL AND BRING TO BOIL AND COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES
POUR OVER THE SUGAR FLOUR MIXTURE
ADD:
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
2 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 TSP VANILLA
1 TSP SODA
MIX WELL
POUR ONTO A GREASED BAKING SHEET
BAKE 350 FOR 20 MINUTES
ICING:
COMBINE:
1 STICK BUTTER
4 TBP COCOA
6 TBP SWEET MILK
BRING TO BOIL AND REMOVE FROM HEAT
ADD 1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP NUTS
SPREAD OVER WARM CAKE
STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS
1 LB. HAMBURGER
1/2 CUP ONION
COOK TOGETHER AND DRAIN
COMBINE:
12 OZ. PICANTE SAUCE
1/2 CUP WATER
8 OZ. TOMATO SAUCE
MIX WELL
POUR HALF INTO THE HAMBURGER
FILL THE SHELLS WITH MEAT SAUCE
POUR THE OTHER HALF SAUCE OVER TOP
SPREAD IN A 9X13 SPRAYED BAKING DISH
OTHER MIXTURE ON TOP
BAKE 350 FOR 30 MINUTES COVERED
SPRINKLE ADDITIONAL CHEESE, BACK TO OVEN FOR CHEESE TO MELT
IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE NORMA
1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED PECANS
SPRINKLE IN BOTTOM OF 10 INCH SPRAYED PIE PLATE
COMBINE:
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR PACKED
3/4 CUP MILK
3/4 CUP LITE OR DARK CORN SYRUP
1/2 CUP BISQUICK
1/4 CUP SOFT BUTTER
4 EGGS BEATEN
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
COMBINE ALL AND POUR OVER PECANS
BAKE 350 FOR 50-60 MINUTES
