6th District Congressman Graves Doubtful about Federal Infrastructure Plan

Northern Missouri Congressman Sam Graves is critical of the 974(B)Billion dollar compromise infrastructure plan proposed by President Joe Biden and a bipartisan group of Senators.
Graves, the top Republican on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, says the group should have focused on extending the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act, arguing the various transportation trust funds need official reauthorization, rather than remain in their current state of limbo.

Graves says negotiators have failed to focus on traditional infrastructure: roads, bridges, pipelines, rail, aviation, and waterways.
