Senate Committee Approves Gubernatorial Appointments

A Missouri Senate committee has signed off on 26 appointments to several boards and commissions across the state.
They include former State Senator Dan Hegeman who’s been appointed to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
He told the committee he’s committed to accomplishing the legislature’s goals for transportation:
The committee approved every nominee for every open and tentatively filled board and commission seat across Missouri during Wednesday’s meeting.
The appointments await the consideration of the Missouri Senate.
