Accident Near Faucett Kills Agency Woman

FAUCETT, MO – An Agency woman died following an accident in Buchanan County early Thursday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 56-year old Tawny Moran was traveling eastbound on Route H, 2 miles north of Faucett around 4:30 a.m. when she failed to stop at the stop sign at the Route A intersection. Moran’s vehicle continued through the intersection and when off the side of the roadway where it became airborne. The vehicle traveled through a bean field and over a terrace where it became airborne again, finally coming to a rest in the field.
Moran was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph where she passed away Thursday afternoon.
