Accused Murderer has Theft Case Transferred

The man accused of the murder of the Diemel brothers appeared in court on unrelated charges on Wednesday.

Garland Joseph Nelson is charged with felony stealing of a motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft in a case seperate from the first degree murder charges he faces in Johnson County.
