Accused Murderer to Face Stealing Charge in August

The Braymer man accused of a double murder will face stealing charges in August.
Garland Joseph Nelson is scheduled for a jury trial on August 3, 2021, for the felony of stealing a motor vehicle, specifically a semi-tractor that Nelson allegedly convinced another man that he owned and to move it without the owner’s consent.
Nelson is the man accused of the double murder of the Diemel Brothers back in 2019.
