After an Amber Alert in Gladstone, Child Found Safe
The subject of a Wednesday morning Amber Alert was found safe.
The Amber Alert went out from the Missouri Highway Patrol at 10:44 am for Samiya D. Barr who was reported abducted by her father, 25-year old De’shawn Barr-Cotton in Gladstone after assaulting the child’s mother and brandishing a firearm.
A text alert was sent out with details about a Silver Chevrolet Malibu with tinted windows.
At 1:08 pm, the Missouri Highway Patrol posted to Twitter that the child was found safe, a Tweet that was also posted by the Gladstone PD.
