Albany Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Trio Sunday

An Albany man was arrested on a trio of charges Sunday morning in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 29-year-old Zackary U. Marshall was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana as a prior offender, and not having valid insurance.
Marshall was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
