An Albany man was arrested Thursday night on a pair of outstanding arrest warrants for failing to appear on traffic charges.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 20-year-old Albany resident Jagger J. Moad at 10:40 P.M. on a pair of outstanding Harrison County warrants for failing to appear. One on a charge of speeding by 11 to 15 miles-per-hour and the other for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Moad was booked into the Harrison County law Enforcement Center to await bond.
