Albany Man Charged With Multiple Sex Crimes Against a Minor

ALBANY, MO – An Albany man is facing several charges of sex crimes alleged to have taken place early this week.

Twenty-seven year old Hunter Sweat is being held without bond on allegation of sexual exploitation of a minor, statutory sodomy and statutory rape.  Gentry County officials filed charges on Thursday. Sweat is scheduled for an initial appearance in court next Tuesday.

The case was investigated by the Gentry County Sheriff’s Department.
