Albany Resident Seriously Injured In One Vehicle Accident

An Albany resident was seriously injured following an accident just east of Albany Thursday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 57 year old Cindy Lynch was heading eastbound on 136 Highway, about a half-mile east of Albany, and went off the side of the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle stayed on its wheels.

The driver was taken to Mosaic of Albany. The Gentry County Sheriff’s Office and the Gentry County First Responders assisted the Highway Patrol.

The accident took place just before 4pm Thursday afternoon.
