Altamont Driver Injured In Accident Near Weatherby

An Altamont driver was taken to the hospital after his vehicle was totaled in an accident north of Weatherby Monday evening.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 65 year old Carl Uthe was driving northbound on NE Dallas Road, 3 miles north of Weatherby, and went off the side of the roadway, overturned, and struck a fence.
The vehicle landed on its passenger side.
The driver was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St Joseph.
The accident took place around 5:30pm Monday evening.
