Amazonia Man Killed in One-Vehicle Crash

ANDREW COUNTY, MO An Amazonia man was killed early Monday morning in a one-vehicle accident just north of Amazonia.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place around 2:30 am on Route Y, 1/2 mile north of Amazonia as 42-year-old Todd Nelson was northbound when he traveled off the roadway, struck a tree stuck and overturned.
Nelson was pronounced dead at the scene.
