An out-of-state fugitive was arrested in Clinton County Thursday.
At 11:12 pm, the Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 35-year-old Amber N. Taylor of Leavenworth, Kansas.
She is being held without bond in the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
