Andrew County Man Pleads Guilty to Second-Degree Murder

An Andrew County man accused of murder will spend time behind bars.
Reports say 38-year-old Donald Tipton pleaded guilty today in the November 2020 death of a 10-year-old boy.
Tipton pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree murder and will serve 25 years in prison.
He becomes parole-eligible after serving 85 percent of that sentence.
