April Jury Trial Set for Eagleville Man

BETHANY, MO – An Eagleville man accused of multiple sex crimes against minors will be going to a jury trial next spring.
Allen Thomsen was charged last November with statutory sodomy, statutory rape, child molestation, and furnishing pornographic material to a minor. The accusations date from 1997 to 2006.
Thomsen appeared in court in Harrison County on Thursday, at which time a jury trial was set for April 23rd through the 25th of next year. The defendant remains in custody, although the court took a motion for bond modification under advisement.
