Area Students Return From CYCLE Program

Two area students were among the 95 high school students from across Missouri who participated in the Missouri Electric Cooperative CYCLE program.

The program includes three days at the Missouri State Capitol that included national known speakers and time learning how a bill goes through the process to become a law, a tour of Missouri State Penitentiary, a live powerline demonstration, and a several electric vehicles at the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperative Headquarters.

Kayden Jones of South Harrison and Serenity Marsh of Trenton represented the region.

The CYCLE program is in its 19th year.
