Arkansas Woman Arrested In Harrison County

An Arkasnas woman was arrested in Harrison County Wednesday as a fugitiove from another state.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 40-year-old Sebastian, Arkansas resident Jessica L. Martin as a felony fugitive from out of state.

Martin was booked into the Harrison County Law Enfrocement Center where she is being held without bond.
