Arkansas Woman Charged With Harassing Daviess County Couple

DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – Daviess County authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of an Arkansas woman who they say harassed the parents of a man with whom she is in a relationship.

According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office twenty-eight year old Caitlyn Wolf of Fort Smith, Arkansas hand delivered a greeting card with an altered photograph of herself and her paramour, Matthew Rouner to the residence of Rouner’s parents.

Rouner is currently incarcerated on a 17 year sentence following an incident in 2020 in which he was convicted for burglarizing and burning down his parents house in Daviess County. Law enforcement say Rouner is known to be violent and associates with other violent criminals. It is reported Rouner’s parents had expressed to Wolf they do not want contact with her or Rouner and were distraught over the fact that Wolf knew where they live and are concerned for their safety.

The Daviess County Court has denied bond for Wolf. The warrant has not yet been served.
