Authorities Arrest Hopkins Woman on Seven Charges in Thursday Stop

Troopers report the arrest of a Hopkins woman on seven drug and driving charges Thursday afternoon in Nodaway County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 51-year-old Tammy R. Foster around 1:59 Thursday afternoon on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, passing a vehicle on the right and traveling off the road, following another vehicle too closely, not having valid insurance, failure to display valid plates, and not wearing a seat belt.

Authorities booked Foster into the Nodaway County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
