Barnard Man Arrested on Driving Trio Saturday in Nodaway County

A Barnard man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Saturday night in Nodaway County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Martin D. Kemp was arrested on preliminary charges of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no valid operator’s license, and felony aggravated dwi.

Kemp was taken to the Nodaway County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
