Bethany Man Charged With Several Felony Counts

BETHANY MO – A Bethany man has been arrested on several felony charges stemming from an investigation by the Bethany Police Department.

Sixty-four-year old Robert Munoz is charged with Burglary in the first degree; Armed Criminal Action; Harassment in the first degree; and misdemeanor trespass.  A probable cause affidavit issued by the Bethany Police Department alleges Munoz confronted several individuals with a rifle on Friday evening.  Witnesses say the suspect fired a round into the air before approaching their vehicle.

Bond has been set for Munoz in the amount of $100,000 cash only.
