Bethany Man Facing Two Felony Charges Following Tuesday Arrest in Harrison County

A Bethany man is facing two felony charges following a Tuesday arrest.

According to Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 3:24 P.M. they arrested 45-year-old Jeffrey J. Spicer on charges of felony failure to register as a sex offender and felony possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine.

He was also cited for failure to display plates, no insurance, and no seat belt.

Spicer was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center.
