A plea/trial setting is scheduled for a Bethany man facing a felony charge.
Court documents say Eric Leon Harris faces a felony charge of first-degree assault.
Records list that charge from October 4, 2019.
A change of venue was received and Harris is now next set to appear in Caldwell County court February 14 at 1:30 p.m.
