Blue Springs Man Arrested on Driving Pair in Buchanan County

Troopers report the arrest of a Blue Springs man on a pair of driving charges Thursday evening in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 31-year-old Jacob A. Harris on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated as a prior offender and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Authorities booked Harris into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
