Blythedale Man Charged With Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm

HARRISON COUNTY, MO – Charges have been filed against a Blythedale resident after it is alleged he was found to be a felon in possession of a firearm.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol issued a probable cause statement, which is filed with the court, alleging a traffic stop was conducted on a UTV near Blythedale on Monday. Forty-four-year-old Jeremy Miles was identified as the operator. Upon contacting Miles, the Trooper says he observed Miles to be in possession of two rifles.
According to court records, Miles was convicted of first-degree assault in 2011 in Harrison County.
Miles is in the custody of the Harrison County Jail with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
