Bogard Teen Injured in Livingston County Crash Monday Night

A Bogard, Missouri, teen suffered injuries in a Monday evening crash in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 6:30 Monday night on U.S. 65, eight miles south of Chillicothe, as a 16-year-old female drove northbound.

Troopers say the teen traveled into the southbound lane and struck a southbound vehicle driven by 57-year-old Carrollton resident Davie J. Allen head-on.

The teen suffered serious injuries and sought treatment at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

Authorities say all involved wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
