A boil advisory is in effect for a portion of Livingston County.

Livingston County Public Water Supply District Number One says the boil advisory is due to repairs made on the systems.

Customers on and west of Route D, from County Road 416 to south of Ludlow, and the community of Ludlow are all impacted.

There is no timetable on how long the advisory will last.
