Bond Review Hearing Set For St. Joseph Man Charged in Alleged Friday Walmart Shooting

A Saint Joseph man is back in court next week on two felony charges.

Court documents say Sean Riley McCush faces felony charges of armed criminal action and first-degree assault or attempted assault involving serious physical injury or a special victim.

Records list both charges from last Friday, November 3.

A probable cause statement accuses McCush of punching and shooting a juvenile at Saint Joseph’s Walmart on the South Belth Highway.

The court denied McCush’s bond.

McCush will appear in court on November 16 at 1:30 p.m. for a bond review hearing.
