Braymer Man Injured in Caldwell County Crash Sunday Afternoon

A Braymer man suffered injuries in a Caldwell County crash Sunday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 5:30 Sunday afternoon on Soo Line Drive, about three miles southwest of Braymer, as 27-year-old Kyle G. Kelly drove eastbound.

Troopers say Kelly lost control traveling downhill on an icy road, went off the right side of the road, struck a creek bed, and overturned.

Kelly suffered minor injuries and sought treatment at Liberty Hospital.

Authorities say Kelly was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
