Bridge Collapse Near Kansas City Kills One and Injures Three Others

(MISSOURINET) – A bridge collapse Wednesday in the Kansas City area has killed one person and injured three others. Sarah Boyd, a spokesperson for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, says the bridge was under construction.
Federal investigators from OSHA have been called in to review the collapse. The bridge has been closed since 2016 and was set to open early next year.
