Bridge Work on I-29 Bridge in Holt County to Begin Next Week

HOLT COUNTY, MO – The southbound Interstate 29 bridge over the Nodaway River in Holt County will be reduced to one lane beginning next Monday for a joint repair project. Crews will begin repairs in the right-hand driving lane with traffic narrowed to the left-hand passing lane. Once the work in the driving lane is complete, crews will close the passing lane and shift traffic. This shift is expected to take place in October.

The project is expected to be complete by November. All work is weather permitting.
