Brookfield Man Denied Bond Modification in Caldwell County Court Thursday

A preliminary hearing is set in Caldwell County for a Brookfield man facing four charges.
Court documents say Robert Lowell Shiflett faces felony charges of chronic DWI and resisting arrest, detention, or stop by fleeing.
Shiflett also faces misdemeanor charges of exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles-per-hour or more and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
All four charges are listed from December 6.
Shiflett was denied a bond modification Thursday.
He is next set to appear in court June 25 at 9:00 a.m.
