Brookfield Woman Arrested in Livingston County

A Brookfield woman was arrested in Livingston County Wednesday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 28-year-old Katie A. Rice at 2:15 pm.
She was charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and not wearing her seat belt.
Rice was booked into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold.
