Two Burlington Junction residents suffered injuries in a Saturday morning crash in Nodaway County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened around 12:30 Saturday morning on U.S. 71 at Wilcox, as a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Constance D. Terry headed northbound.

Troopers say Terry traveled off the east side of the road, struck an embankment, and overturned.

Terry and a passenger, 28-year-old Jacob A. Wooten, suffered moderate and minor injuries, respectively, and sought treatment at Mosaic Life Care in Maryville.

Authorities say the two did not wear seat belts at the time of the crash.
