Cainsville Man Charged in July Burglary

Harrison County authorities have charged a Cainsville man with charges related to a burglary last summer.

Thirty-year-old Bryan Tyler Wolfe is facing two felony charges of second degree burglary and felony stealing after officers say he was found to be in possession of a kayak reported stolen in July. According to a probable cause affidavit from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Wolfe turned over additional stolen items located at his Cainsville residence.

Wolfe has pending charges from September, in which he is alleged to have illegally cut down a tree owned by the State of Missouri, located at the Wayne Helton Conservation area.

Wolfe was taken into custody on the current charges and was set for arraignment this (Wednesday) afternoon.
