California Man Facing Drug Trafficking Charge Following Buchanan County Arrest Monday Night

(Buchanan County, MO) – A Modesto, California man is facing multiple charges following an arrest Monday in Buchanan County.

At 7:08 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 55-year-old Rafael Paceco Medina who is accused of second degree drug trafficking, and possession of a controlled substance.

Medina was taken into custody at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour-hold.
