California Warrant Served in Clay County

A man was arrested in Clay County at 12:43 am this (Tuesday) morning.

The arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Richard A. Amos of Kansas City had a felony warrant from the California Department of Corrections.

Amos was also charged with felony resisting, felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, lane violation, no valid license, and no insurance.

He is being held in the Clay County Detention Center for 24-hours.
