Cameron Driver Seriously Injured In Accident Which Totals Two Vehicles

A Cameron driver was seriously injured in an two vehicle accident which left both vehicles totaled Saturday evening.

The Highway Patrol’s report says 18-year-old Joshua Morrison of Cameron failed to yield to another vehicle which had entered the non-controlled intersection of JC Penney Drive and Caldwell Road, 2 miles west of Hamilton. Morrison’s vehicle drove into the left side of the other vehicle, driven by a 16-year-old male juvenile from Hamilton. Both of the vehicles landed on their tops. Morrison was taken to an unknown medical facility by private vehicle.

The patrol also reports that two passengers which were in Morrison’s vehicle have yet to be identified and located.

The accident took place at 6:45 Saturday evening.

The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Highway Patrol.
