Court documents say Marcus Ray Brown faces a felony charge of attempted tampering with a motor vehicle.

Bond for Brown was set at five-thousand dollars cash only.

Brown was also ordered to have no contact with the victim and must also undergo supervision services.

He is next due in court May 5 at 1:30 p.m.
