Cameron Man Hurt In Sunday Accident In Morgan County

A Cameron man was left with moderate injuries after a two vehicle crash in central Missouri’s Morgan County.

According to Troop F of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 82-year-old Donald E. Hoffman of Cameron was driving a 2016 Chevy Malibu on Missouri Route 5 north of Route MM near Versailles in Morgan County when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2009 Ford F250.

Hoffman was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision, according to Troopers. He suffered moderate injuries and was taken by Mid MO Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

The second driver was wearing a seat belt and was uninjured in the accident.
