Cameron Police Arrest Man Wednesday on Felony Charge

A Cameron man is in custody on a felony charge.
Cameron Police say they arrested 50-year-old Rusty L. Herring Wednesday on a charge of felony exploitation/enticement of a child.
Authorities booked Herring into the Clinton County Jail on a 200-thousand dollar cash-only bond.
