Cameron Resident Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

A Cameron resident was arrested Sunday on felony drug charges.
Just after 9 P.M. the Missouri Highway State Patrol arrested 35-year-old Kerra M. Spicer on accusatory charges of felony possession of a controlled substance for marijauna and felony possession of a controlled substance for an opiate. She was also cited for a misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia charge.
Spicer was booked into the Clinton County Sherriff’s Office on a 24 hour hold.
