Cameron Resident Hospitalized After Striking Deer While Driving Motorcycle

CAMERON, MO – A Cameron driver was hospitalized this morning following an accident with a deer in the roadway.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred on Route EE, 4 miles north of Cameron around 5:30 am as 30-year-old Logan Patterson was southbound. Patterson was operating a motorcycle when he struck the deer in the roadway. The motorcycle overturned and slid to a stop.

Patterson sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Cameron Regional Medical Center.
