A Canton, Missouri man was arrested on five drug and driving charges Monday afternoon in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Joseph C. Walker was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated via drugs, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and not wearing a seat belt.
Walker was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
