A Milan woman was left with minor injuries after a one vehicle accident involving a horse Thursday night in Sullivan County.

Troop B of the Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Milan resident Jane M. Clinch was driving a 2013 BUick Enclave westbound on Highway 6, west of the junction with Routes P and J, at 11 P.M. when her vehicle struck a horse.

Clinch was reportedly wearing a seat belt at the time but still suffered minor injuries and was taken by Sullivan County Ambulance to Sullivan County Hospital for treatment.

No report on the horse’s condition was given by the Highway Patrol.
