Carly Spencer Awarded Missouri Peace Officers Foundation Scholarship

TRENTON, MO – Carly Spencer, daughter of Trenton Police Officer Jeff Spencer, was named as the recipient of a scholarship from the Missouri Peace Officers Foundation.

The Foundation awards scholarships to five students of MPOA members each year. The Foundation is composed of a group of law enforcement professionals dedicated to serving others. Scholarships applicants were selected by the Scholarship Committee.
