A Blythedale man is in custody, accused of damaging a business in Bethany.

In a probable cause affidavit from the Bethany Police Department, 32-year old Kevin Adcock is alleged to have rammed the building occupied by the Bethany Counseling Center on Miller Street and then leaving the scene. Police say they identified Adcock through security footage showing him running into the side of the building with his pickup on Wednesday, then reversing and leaving the scene.

Adcock has been charged with property damage in the first degree and leaving the scene of an accident where the damage exceeds $1,000. He is incarcerated in the Harrison County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.
