Chillicothe Man Accused of Rape and Assault

A Chillicothe man has been accused of rape and assault.
According to JailTracker, 22-year-old Roger Cain was arrested Thursday by Chillicothe police.
He is charged with third-degree domestic assault from an incident on March 28, and a second-degree rape charge from an incident on May 14.
He’s being held on a $10-thousand cash-only bond.
